Mixed lot of 12 bottles of 1999
Coming from several very fine private cellars, Burgundian nectars will be honoured with the most sought-after vintages of the region. Among them, the coveted Domaine de la Romanée-Conti with an assortment of 12 bottles of the exceptional 1999 vintage (lot 400, estimated at between €80000 and €90000) and the 1997 vintage (lot 401, estimated at between €50000 and €60000). Fans of the estate will also be able to try their luck with a bottle of the 1999 Tâche (lot 430), estimated at between €5750 and €6250. Equally renowned are bottles from Domaine Georges Roumier (including 2 bottles of Bonnes Mares 2010 estimated at €3500/4000 - lot 78), Domaine d'Auvenay (including 1 bottle of Bourgogne Aligoté sous Chatelet 2010 estimated at €3000/3500 - lot 330) and Domaine Sylvain Cathiard & Fils (including 6 bottles of Vosne-Romanée aux Malconsorts 2015 estimated at €4500/5000 - lot 102), all of which are likely to attract a great deal of interest.
Wines from the Rhone Valley will also be in demand, with several bottles of Château Rayas (including 3 bottles of 2010 estimated at €4200/4800 - lot 313), which is very popular at the moment.
Bordeaux wines will be in the spotlight with a case of 1990 Bordeaux Primeurs estimated at €12500/15000 (lot 418) or the mythical Petrus (including 1 bottle of the 2000 vintage estimated at €3700/4000 - lot 385).
Champagnes and rare spirits sought after by fine palates will also be honoured. Amongst others, 2 bottles of Niepoort Vintage Port from 1945, a historic vintage (lot 224 and 225 estimated at €2500/3000) or lot 558 with a superb bottle of Cognac Réserve 1978 from Otard Dupuy & Co estimated at €2700/3000.
